Refuge Centre
The refuge is established as a major provider of women's and children's services in the Halton and district area. This has been achieved by pro-actively working with our stakeholders and by taking a partnership approach to developing services through the refuge, community based operations and by independent external evaluation.
The Refuge is permanently staffed and operates 24 hours a day 365 days a year and offers:-
- Safe Accommodation
- Practical support: e.g. Housing - Legal or Benefits advice
- Emotional support e.g. A Listening Ear or Formal Counselling
- Children & Young person's in-reach services - structured age appropriate sessions
